Any religion is a culture, it is customs, traditions, and a lifestyle. If your lifestyle is not your religion then you are not true to your chosen religion. It upsets me when people claim to be part and active in a religion yet their daily life does not reflect the religion they say they are part of.
For example: Remember, in everything you do, do to others what you would have them do to you (Matthew 7:12) and to let your light shine before others that they may see your good deeds and praise your Father in Heaven (Matthew 5:16).
This is what Jesus taught people to be like. Yet it goes beyond politeness, it is more than a thank you! It includes economic, social, human, and health equality. Do to others what you would have them do to you.
Give people the opportunities, education, and resources needed to succeed.
Give people the same social treatment. What makes you better than anyone else?? The bottom line is that we are all human..fragile, defenseless, weak.
Give people access to a healthy lifestyle at an affordable price. As the country currently stands fast food and junk food are a lot cheaper than fruits and vegetables. Then there is the problem of with GMO's. Is this acceptable? Is it okay to poison others? Is it okay to hurt innocent animals for profit?
To be continued..
